By accessing or using the Street Eats mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Street Eats is a platform that connects customers with food trucks in Saudi Arabia. Our services include: • Real-time food truck location tracking • Menu browsing and favorites • Promotions and deals discovery • For truck owners: business management tools, subscriptions, and visibility features
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Submit false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated systems to access the App • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
5. Food Truck Owner Terms
If you are a food truck owner using our platform: • You are responsible for the accuracy of your truck information, menu, and prices • You must maintain valid business licenses and health permits • You agree to honor promotions and deals posted on the platform • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan • We may remove listings that violate our policies
6. Subscriptions and Payments
For paid features: • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually • Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Street Eats and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Accuracy of food truck locations or information • Quality of food from third-party vendors • Availability of specific features
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREET EATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or data • Issues arising from food truck services • Third-party actions or content
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
